Cherrapunjee

It was about a three hour drive from Shillong to Cherrapunjee, but the scenery was so beautiful it didn't matter. The pictures don't do it justice.

My chaperone saw me snapping pictures, and was like 'Megan, why are you taking a picture of a cock? don't you have those in America?' In the 10 seconds it took me to realize he meant the rooster, I was completely scandalized.

The nice thing about taking pictures by the signs is that I actually don't have to remember or explain where I went. :P
